Monday 5th

It was a long long trip today, but we finally arrived to Netherswood! Tired and sleepy, but without any remarkable problem.

We left Guía at 4:30 in the morning, and took the 7 AM plane to Madrid. There we had lunch and waited 3 hours at Terminal 4 to take the second plane to London – Heathrow.

The flight to London was a bit delayed, but we arrived to Heahtrow, picked up our luggage and found a bus waiting for us to take us to Saundersfoot. It was near 5 o’clock by then.

The trip to Saundersfoot by bus was near 5 hours, with a stop of 45 minutes to have something to eat. The weather is windy and rainy, but it is normal at this time of the year. We arrived to the the Coppet Hall Hotel at 9. The hotel is a nice and cosy place. It is good because all of our students are staying in the same flat. Then we were taken to the school, were we met the Hugh (the Head of Netherswood) and had a small dinner. Back to the hotel, unpack our luggage and go to sleep by 11 o’clock. It was a 18 hour trip and we are all tired, but very excited at the same time to see how our day will be tomorrow!

Fue un viaje muy largo hoy, pero finalmente llegamos a Netherswood. Cansados y somnolientos, pero sin ningún problema.

Salimos de Guía a las 4:30 de la mañana, y cogimos el vuelo de las 7 para Madrid. Alli almorzamos algo con los 10 euros que nos dio la agencia y esperamos durante 3 horas en la Terminal 4 para coger el segundo avión para Londres – Heathrow

El vuelo a Londres tuvo un poco de retraso, pero llegamos, cogimos nuestro equipaje y encontramos la guagua que nos llevaría a Saundersfoot. Esto fue sobre las 5 de la tarde.

El viaje en guagua a Saundersfoot fue de casi 5 horas, con una parada de 45 minutos para comer algo. Llueve y hace viento, pero eso es lo normal aquí en esta época del año. Llegamos al hotel a las 9. El hotel es pequeño y acogedor, y está bien porque todos nosotros estamos en la misma planta. Seguidamente nos llevaron al hotel Coppet Hall, donde conocimos a Hugh (el director de Netherswood) y tuvimos una pequeña cena. De vuelta al hotel, deshicimos el equipaje y nos fuimos a la cama a las 11. Fue un viaje de 18 horas y estamos todos cansados, pero muy ilusionados al mismo tiempo por ver cómo será nuestro día mañana.
